There are a wide variety of causes for Cerebral Venous Disease including: Experiencing a Trauma, Being Pregnant, taking Oral Contraceptives or having an Inherited Condition that makes your blood clot easily.

 

While it can be difficult to pinpoint a singular cause for Cerebral Venous Disease, the result is usually an

obstruction or abnormality in the blood vessels

near or around your brain.

Some other common causes include:
